My mom watches Real World. Not regularly, like in the early seasons, but she checks for it sometimes if she's already seen whatever's on the Home & Garden channel. I think she just likes to check on How Kids Act These Days. or something. Not that her own personal sense of how young people (should) behave socially seems to have changed much since the fifties or *very* early sixties; she hasn't read The Rules, but she doesn't really need to.

Those wacky Real World kids were doing a bit of limbo as I entered the room this afternoon. "They're doing the limbo," said Mom. "That got started when I was young. Guys always like to watch whether the girls' breasts will make it under."

Does anyone else's mom say stuff like this? Just curious.
