I briefly mentioned that my late lamented sparkly green mobile phone drowned over Labor Day. Before embarking on the long drive back home, I quickly bought a shiny new silver phone. that has a pretty color screen.

and a ten-buck little digital camera that attaches to it and uploads pictures.

dad, in the garage sorting papers from the days of the viking missions, is ambushed by his daughter holding a tiny round silver object.

I don't think I'd mentioned that last item to my dad yet.

One can't expect too much; this camera is only for the most basic moment-capturing uses. Though, I actually think the low-light grain texture is rather interesting:
