GodDAMN. Why is Jeffrey MacDonald still in prison?!

Short answer: because the FBI wanted to convict him so badly that they falsified and withheld evidence all over the place, perjury, the works. And despite pro bono defense efforts for years, the judge(s) would rather not let him out, because that would lead to embarrassment and putting various evil perjurers in.

I learned from this site that he's going to be on Larry King tomorrow (Friday) night (6 pm Pacific, 9 pm Eastern, CNN). I want to see that.
