Whaddaya know, it worked. I got the proposal done. Full disclosure: props also to my brother for deciding Tuesday evening that he wouldn't play any more card games with me until I finished it. It's kind of ridiculous how I let that thing build up in my mind so long.

I'm still sick, but my energy improved yesterday and I'm going to work today anyway.
